The Jerusalem Cross is also known as the Crusaders Cross. This pendant is much heavier than other pendants of the same size. The medal is die struck which produces incredible detail. Most medals today are cast which results in less detail. The medals are also bright-cut which is a hundred year old technique. Bright-cutting is hand engraving and cutting on some parts of the medal which produces slight variations of texture and color to the medal. Because these medals have hand engraving performed, no two pendants are identical. These pendants are truly works of art.
