Susan Howard, our Jeweler/Goldsmith, has over 20 years of bench experience. She graduated from the Rhode Island Jewelry Institute in 1987. Susan has spent her career providing unsurpassed jewelery repairs and design for major jewelry retailers. She is a highly trained and skilled jeweler/goldsmith.
Susan posseses a level of creativity and commitment to excellence that is seldom seen in the retail market anymore. She is able to alter/modify nearly any type of jewelery and is also able to set/reset diamonds and other gems. Susan is also able to design unique pieces that are hand-carved in wax and then cast in your choice of materials.
