All items include a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee! (Less shipping). You will be refunded the amount of your order less our standard shipping fee. Our standard shipping fees are $3.99 for First Class Mail, $6.50 for Priority Mail, $16.25 for Express Mail, $12.00 for FedEx Express Saver 3rd Day, $15.00 for FedEx 2nd Day, $17.00 for FedEx Overnight, and $25.00 for International Orders. We cannot accept refunds on merchandise that has been modified/altered after delivery. Any merchandise that has been modified by our goldsmith, including sizing and engraving, is not returnable unless there is a defect. Most rings ordered in 1/2 sizes are non-returnable. First Class Mail Shipping in the United States is $3.99 on all orders less than $65.00. First Class Mail is not avaialble for orders over $65.00. All packages are shipped fully-insured. USPS Priority Mail
Shipping in the United States is FREE on all orders of $75.00 or more, otherwise it is $6.50. All packages are shipped fully-insured. Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days after it is shipped.

USPS Express Mail
Shipping in the United States is is $16.25. All packages are shipped fully-insured. Orders will ship the next business day, unless you have requested sizing, engraving, or other modifications. Delivery time is typically 1 business day after it is shipped.

FedeX Overnight
Shipping in the United States is $17.00. All packages are shipped fully-insured. Orders will ship the next business day, unless you have requested sizing, engraving, or other modifications. International Orders
International shipping is $25.00. All packages are shipped fully-insured. Orders will ship within 2-3 business days, unless you have requested sizing, engraving, or other modifications. International orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via International Registered Mail. Delivery time is typically 10-14 business days. Customs regulations for most foreign countries require this method of shipping. Many countries have additional restrictions regarding importing precious metals. Please email us to ensure that we ship to your country. You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by your country's government.

If you place your order Monday thru Friday, before 4:00 pm eastern standard time, we will ship it the next business day if you select Express Mail or FedeX. Orders received after 4:00 pm will not be processed until the next business day; and therefore will ship the following business day.

Any purchases that require sizing, engraving, or modifications by our goldsmith will require an additional 2-3 business days to be shipped.

Special Orders

Some items we carry are Special Order. These items are not typically stocked and may require two weeks before shipping. These items will be marked as Special Order in the pull-down menus when viewing the item. Some special order items are 18K gold or other materials and may require special casting which may take longer. We reserve ther right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned special order items or to limit the return to credit only. **Clearence items also fall into this catagory. Please contact us if you have any questions about a special order item.

Last Minute Holiday Shipping

Tuesday, December 22, 4:00 pm eastern time is our deadline for orders to be be received before Christmas. You must select FEDEX Overnight to receive order in time for Christmas.

Orders placed before Tuesday December 22, you must select FedEx Overnight, Fedex 2nd day, or FedEx Express Saver 3rd Day shipping to guarantee delivery of these packages by December 24th.

We do offer Saturday Delivery. The shipping fee for Saturday Delivery via Fedex Overnight is $30.00. Not all residential addresses are able to receive Saturday deliveries. Please call or email if you are not sure.

Orders that require sizing or engraving by our goldsmith must be placed before Friday December 18 4:00 pm eastern time to ensure delivery before Christmas. You must select FedEx Overnight shipping for these orders or we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Susan Howard, our Jeweler/Goldsmith, has over 17 years of bench experience. She graduated of the Rhode Island Jewelry Institute in 1987. Susan has spent her career providing unsurpassed jewelery repairs and design for major jewelry retailers. She is a highly trained and skilled jeweler/goldsmith. She performs all levels of custom fabrication for a variety of projects.

Scott Lachance is the webmaster, responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of our websites. He is a full-time firefighter/paramedic. Scott has over 15 years of computer related experience and had worked as an electical engineer prior to changing careers. Scott and Susan are brother/sister.

Kelley Lachance is Scott's wife. She is our customer service specialist. If you have questions about your order, store policies, products, etc., she is the person who has the answers. She also functions as an office manager and helps ensure that all aspects of our business operate smoothly.

The following sections contain information and frequently asked questions about selecting jewelry.

What size chain should I purchase?

Typically, the average size woman requires a chain of 16 to 20 inches. 16 inch chains are usually worn inside a blouse. A pendant worn on a 16 inch chain will usually be visible since it sits high on the chest, especially if the blouse is a v-neck or similar style. A chain of 20 inches or longer will usually be worn over the blouse.

The average man reqires a chain of 20 to 24 inches. The same guidlines as above apply to mens chains.

These are just guidelines. A very thin person or very large person would obviously require modifications to these numbers. Also, in the case of children, you may need to use smaller chains. What size cross or pendant should I purchase?

All crosses and pendants are measured without including the bail(the loop where the chain goes). Dimensions are listed vertically (up-and-down) first, and horizontally (side-to-side) second. Dimensions are listed in millimeters (mm) for accuracy. We have begun to update the measurements to include inches also.

One inch equals 25.4 mm. So a pendant that is listed as 25 mm X 12 mm is about 1 inch X 1/2 inch. A pendant that is listed as 18-20 X 14 mm is about 3/4 inch X 1/2 inch.

Medals are listed with the diameter in millimeters (mm). The diameter is the measurement across the medal. A medal with a 12 mm diameter is about 1/2 inch. This is about 2/3 the size of a dime. A penny is about 18 mm, a nickel is about 20 mm, a quarter is about 23 mm, and a half-dollar is about 30 mm.

As a general rule, smaller pendants, crosses, and medals are good choices for women and children. Any pendant or cross with a measurement of less than 25 mm (1 inch) in length is usually intended for women or children. Any medal that is smaller than 18 mm (about the size of a penny), is usually best suited for women and children.

In most situations, men require a larger pendant or cross. You should look for measurements of at least 28 mm in length (a little over 1 inch). A length of 30 - 44 mm usually works well for most men (about 1 1/4 inch - 1 3/4 inch). Men typically want a medal that is at least 18 mm. Usually, a medal of 22 mm or larger is a better choice.

Of course, much of this depends on personal preference, price-range, etc. Some women prefer larger pendants, and some men are happy with smaller pendants.
